The early stages were formed in 1998, but things do change and with the current line-up, things have been excellent for the band.

We have worked with Jagermeister, Coffin Case, Halo Guitars, Johnny Jackson (Texas Body Art), and various Texas metal bands to make a scene for ourselves.

Deep 6 has been privileged to have played with these bands: Kittie, Otep, Crisis (NYC), MushroomHead, Scum of the Earth, Dead by Wednesday, Obituary, A Dozen Furies, Straight Line Stitch, Bless the Broken, Regiment, Till We Die, Winds of Plague, The Destro, Cephalic Carnage, Brujeria, Eyes of the Betrayer. All great shows where we turned heads, and made new fans! Thats what its all about right????

Deep 6's sound is very unique. We have a wide variety of influences, that fuse together to make up such an incredible band. Melodic, intense, diverse, dark, driving, deep, powerful, these are just a few words to describe it. You just have to experience it for yourself. The band doesn't sit around and try to sound like everything else that's out there. Sometimes you have to stand back, alone and unaware of your surroundings, to create something beautiful.

Krystal's vocals are intense, she turns heads every time. She also has a custom 5 string guitar tuning, Yes 5 not 6 (if you look closely at the pictures, you'll see!) This allows for a unique tone, and distinctive guitar presence. Bobby's bass is powerful and innovative, he creates a sound that is all his own, and is the driving force for the rhythm. On the drums is Chad. Very progressive drummer, with a degree in percussion, he is absolutly amazing! Can't wait to record a new album with his influence. We have some great new material we have been working on, and are looking for a great label that understands what we are trying to do, and believes in our hard work and of course our music.
