Deep Water Solo

Deep Water Solo is an original Reggae/Rock band with an energy to captivate you, and lyrics to intrigue you. Corey Geier and Roger Jeannotte started writing music together in 8th grade and have never stopped. They were inspired by the beautiful musicality and socially conscious lyrics of State Radio and artists of the like and note them as a major influence. Anthony Gervase joined the equation in the summer of sophomore year and brought his melodic and sultry bass lines to the table, mixing with the steady and full guitar rhythms to create a blend of reggae soul and beats with a rock like flavor. Vocalist Roger Jeannotte has a warm melodic tone that is sure to captivate the listener with the lyrics and catchy choruses. Less is more for Roger whose goal is to write full guitar rhythms with melodic solo’s to add another dimension to the music. Corey ties the two instruments together with creative drum beats that can't help but suck the listener into the groove, rhythm and atmosphere that is Deep Water Solo.
