We got together in January of 2003. By that time I (Dax) was a veteran of music related pursuits. I had played guitar since I was nine, performed in bands, recorded, etc. Steve and Bryan on the other hand had never played an instrument in their lives. How this came about was that a couple of months prior to January Steve was offered a drum kit and bass for a very reasonable (CHEAP) price. He couldn't pass it up, and as soon as he could hold a beat, we jammed. Bryan happened to be hanging out with us alot at that time, so we assigned him bass. Much of our early repatoire was dictated by what we could actually play. After a couple years of stylistic limbo, we made a decision. WE WANT TO ROCK! Taking our cue from contemporary favorites The Darkness, we dredge deep into the classic sound of rock n roll. A little AC/DC mixed with the sensebilities of a singer-songwriter. It's lighthearted, fun, timeless and unpretentious. It's De-Hydrated!
