Bio

DeJuan is a star! The nephew of the great jazz saxophonist Stanley Turrentine, 22-year-old DeJuan has been around music his whole life. From the earliest memories of jazz and R & B to the later bumpin' sounds of Rap & Hip Hop with his brother's 'duo' "Quo" on Michael Jackson's label MJJ, he has grown up learning the trade, watching and waiting for his turn to show the world what he can do.

As a young-teen DeJuan attended various acting, schools, landing him national Sprite and Reebok commercials; principal model for the drink "Fanta" as well as feature parts in a number of videos including the Young MC video; "That's the Way Love Goes", the Quo video "Blowing Up" and had a supporting role on "Judging Amy." With his leading man looks, he also had dominant roles in the Milos Forman/Norman Lear feature file "Way Past Cool" and the Paramount Pictures film "Down To the Last Minute."

Acting, modeling and recording are all loves of DeJuan, but his true passion is recording and performing live in concert. Since the age of four (4), he has been entertaining at churches, high schools, beauty pageants and the Black Expo. As a teenager, DeJuan opened for the Edwin Hawkins Singers at the Great Western Forum, performed for David Foster at Billboard Live on the Sunset Strip and received a standing ovation at the House of Blues opening for Brandy.

The songs written by DeJuan, show his multi talent as well as his smooth vocal style and dynamic range. With his stunning good looks, hypnotic voice, electrifying dance style and his off-the-hook charisma, this star is ready to shine.
