una delicia de disco para empezar el año, y encima de manera gratuita. Una banda excitante, que se merecen algo más de lo que tienen. Perdón, quería decir mucho más… sobre todo por no quejarse de cómo está el panorama, sino haciéndolo frente. Rock, de acuerdo; pero, que cada uno lo clasifique como quiera, o como buenamente pueda. Porque si tienen un único punto débil, es en realidad fuerte: el no poder describir a DELAMARCA.

Band formed in Madrid in 2006.
They define themselves as: ''impossible rythms, hypnotic guitars, power and great experimentation from the hands of a great musicians lineup''
With their first EP ''La batalla de Varado'' the band got great recognition from national and & international music press, and soon they started playing with international bands like Brant Bjork and the Bros or national bands like Nothink or Avenues & Silhouettes.
Their first album ''Voila'' (2008) was produced by Pablo Iglesias (Killer Barbies, Hora Zulu, lagartija Nick, Juan Rivas) and had a great success for its fresh and original sound and songwriting.
The record was distributed both in Spain «Million Records» and the US, México and Venezuela by «Pistolero Records»
The band has also appeard in several cds such as MadTaste Vol IV, and «Nuestra Familia»(Kaiowas Records/Roadrunner-Divucsa) which was distributed in Spain, France and Andorra.
Their latest album self titled ''DeLamarca'' was released in January 2010, and was mixed by Eli Janney (Jet, Garbage, Ryan Adams, Holy Fuck) and mastered by Joe Lambert (Animal Collective, Electric Six, Black Crowes)
The album was distributed for free through the net having more that 16.000 downloads in only one week
In less than 4 years of life the band has become a clear reference for the spanish alternative and independent spanish music scene.
