DELOREAN is one of the most interesting and party-rocking spanish bands, now starting to get international support and attention. Based in Barcelona, they have released 3 albums and have toured Europe and Mexico many times, most recently playing in the US (SXSW) and Russia.
Also, their own night "Desparrame" is tearing spanish clubs up, some of the guests including Radioclit, The Requesters, Fluokids and Top Billin. The Delorean Remix of The Teenagers debut first single has just been released on XL Recordings getting much critical acclaim (including a Pitchfork review).
Right before the Christmas break, Delorean would like to congratulate everybody out there with a new remix. This time we remixed our favourite new band: The Big Pink. We just tried to go deeper on the beautiful path the original track opens. Aina helped us with some backing vocals too. And we mastered the track with Alex Ferrer (The Requesters, Sidechains). We hope the result pleases you all.
Actually, the remix seems to be perfect as a prelude to our next release with the fluokids related brand new label FOOLHOUSE. After remixing The Teenagers, The Mystery Jets, Lemonade and The Big Pink, time has come for our own stuff. The Foolhouse EP will include 4 tracks and many remixes by nice remixers out there.
