Bio

Forming in Liverpool, Delta Fiasco quickly fell into the city’s subversive nocturnal underground that congregated around Ladytron’s legendary club night Evol. Existing on a diet of underground music, cult literature and basement clubs ‘Delta Fiasco’ was quickly conceived: an analogy for disillusioned, despondent soldiers who shot their allies in the back as they headed over the trenches. No surprise then that Ladytron quickly made them their ‘house’ band and remixed their first single ‘Paperhouse’ produced by Jagz Kooner (Primal Scream, Kasabian).
Nathan Walczak (vocal) Nick Bentley (sonic engineer) and Simon Hilton (drums) worked tirelessly on the Liverpool scene crafting a live routine of rousing spectacle. With a non-stop DJ style take on performance, a wall-of-sound symphony of cinematic grandiose and soaring vocals, Delta Fiasco became the architects of their own dark marriage of electronica and guitars.
The trio took their sound to bigger crowds in the UK where they impressed massively, supporting Klaxons, The Gossip, Presets, New Young Pony Club, Foals and Cut Copy to name a few. Looking to invade new continents, the Delta Fiasco headed to Los Angeles in October 2008 where they embarked on a 3 month US tour with Shiny Toy Guns in support of their debut release Dreameater E.P. The strength of this tour and E.P saw Delta Fiasco included in Alternative Press Magazine’s top 100 bands for 2009 alongside friends The Whip, and Late of the Pier.
This year, now residing in L.A, Delta Fiasco took time out to create their debut album ‘Blood will have Blood’. Recorded at the studio of close friends Dead by Sunrise (Chester Bennington, Ryan Shuck, Amir Derahk) and under the production of Anthony ‘Fu’ Valcic (NIN, Marylin Manson), The band committed their blend of heavy guitars, intense drums and mutant bleeps to record. The result? “Blood will Have Blood” is as aggressive and spiteful as the title suggests.
