Delusional Destiny is an Albany New York Rock band that mixes up a broad range of musical stylings with an acoustic driven rock sound. With influences and sounds that span across genres. Influences such as: Pink Floyd, B.B. King, alice in chains, and creed. However Delusional Destiny has used these influences to hone their craft.
Formed in the fall of 2003, Delusional Destiny has been playing the Albany Open mic Scene. Rehearsing and writing material through out most of the winter. In January 2004, Delusional Destiny Began playing weekly shows earning a fan base. They played along side many of albany's top talents. these local acts include: The Staynz, Tim Mcintosh, Johnny Rabb, Tom Keller, And up and coming locals, "Krush'd".
Delusional Destiny is also earning fan base via the internet. They can be found on such sites as garageband.com, sonicgarden.com, 518online.com, and many others. They also have their own website located at www.deldes.co.nr
March 23rd 2004, Delusional Destiny released an 8 song debut CD at a release party at iffy's place in albany. Cd's Can be found at local record stores such as "the last vestige", and "the Music Shack".
Delusional Destiny is also planning a spring trip to NYC and Boston area for a small new england tour.
