Dennis Garner

Dennis was born on August 10th 1964. At the age of 4 he told his mother if she would get him a guitar and amp. he would play the guitar for the church. Guess what? She bought him what he asked for the following week. He was so little that he would have to sit in a chair and lay the guitar across his lap. At the age of 5 Dennis played at the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro NC before thousands of people at a church convention.
He also learned to play other instruments without any music lessons such as: Bass Guitar, Upright Bass, Organ, Drums, keyboard, Piano, Rhythm Guitar and All Percussions. After mastering all these skills, he became a producer, songwriter and arranger. All this talent wasn't enough until Dennis discovered he could sing.
This is how he got the name "One Man Band"

Yes he has traveled across the USA spreading the Gospel through Music.
He has perfomed on shows with artist such as: Ben Tankard, The Mighty Clouds Of Joy, Twinkie Clark, Gospel Keynotes, Billy Paul, John P Kee, Darryl Coley, Luther Barnes, Evelyn Turntine Agee and Damon Little just to name a few.

Dennis was a guitarist in the original movie "Color Purple" and was also an extra in the movie "Eddie" which starred Whoopi Goldberg.

His Newest CD "Can't Make It Without You" is dedicated to the memory of his deceased mother.
Dennis is singing all vocals and playing every instrument on the entire project.
Early 2006: The song from his CD entitled "In The Hands Of God" was selected by the North Carolina Announcers Guild to added to their project that will be nationally distributed by Bookworld Music.

2006 Dennis did a 10 state Tour with CI Gospel Promotions.
April 2007, Dennis introduced a New CD entitled “Making A Way”This CD consist of a variety of different types of music including: Holy-hip hop, R&B, Instrumental, Contemporary, Jazz and Traditional Gospel Music.
