A Song For Every Generation
I like the blues harp in the introduction and throughout the song.
The vocals are very Dylanish. Not a bad thing. A unique ragged harmony which works very well for this song. When the female vocalist lets loose around the 3:30 mark it really added depth to the song. It would not hurt to bring her up in the mix.
I love the vocals. Some really good lines. I like the Lone Ranger reference, and “If God is a TV set….” Nice . Great hook. I think this is a song that “every generation” could relate to.
All of the instrumentation is very professional. I love the way you keep adding elements as the song progresses. The steel pedal came in at just the right time. Very good performance.
Nice work…this one is one my list.

Bio
In 1961, Johnny Cash performed on an outdoor stage at a local fair in Long Beach, California. An 11-year-old boy stood in front and watched, entranced, as Johnny played and sang. After his set, Johnny took this captivated boy up on stage and taught him to play “Cotton Fields and Sugar In The Morning.” Johnny Cash's kind gesture would so inspire and enthrall this boy in music that he would devote his life to it.
That boy was Dennis Logan.
Dennis's involvement in music indeed spans a lifetime. Since forming his first band at 15 years old, Dennis has not stopped writing, recording, producing, and touring the world playing music.
After relocating from Los Angeles to Nashville and meeting up with close friend and six time Grammy Award winner, engineer, producer, Tom Pick, Mike Fitzmaurice, President of Blue Toad Records, offered Dennis a long term recording contract and made Dennis a full partner. Dennis recorded his new Album, S O S, in Nashvile and Los Angeles and the album was engineered and co-produced by Tom Pick and mixed by, Paul Lani. The result is an album that is destined to be a must have. True Americana.
