Denver Funk Mob

Denver Funk Mob

The Denver FUNK Mob plays a hard-driving, intense, and musically thoughtful brand of funk which blends a tasty selection of original music with a choice collection of sometimes familiar, always funky, classic arrangements. A FUNK Mob live show is never one to be missed!

The Denver FUNK Mob is the fastest growing band in the Mile-High scene due to their high-energy live shows featuring the horn-infused groove that has made them so memorable. The dance-able grooves the rhythm section supplies serve to build the foundation for the impressively powerful horn lines that follow. The FUNK Mob brings to mind such bands as the JB horns (James Brown), Tower of Power, Addison Groove Project, Karl Denson's Tiny Universe, and Galactic. Taking the funky style of the previous generation and always packing a punch with their delivery, the FUNK Mob brings funk music into the present and future as they seek to blow down previously unknown barriers on their quest to bring the FUNK to the masses!
