Desiring Dead Flesh

In the summer of 2000 two major things happened in the life of Bryan. After more than a decade of running shows, running sound and other things to support the local Mid-Michigan underground scene he decided for the first time to start and 'sing' for a band - an old school hardcore punk band - Desiring Dead Flesh. Just a couple weeks after the first Desiring Dead Flesh show his wife gave birth (pre-maturely) to their first child - Adam. Desiring Dead Flesh continued to write and play shows while enduring a long list of member changes. The final member change happened in early 2009, when Adam then 8 years old, took over on drums. Adam had been the subject of Desiring Dead Flesh songs since his birth (Welcome to the Other Side, A Day with Dad...) and now plays the songs. While the many lineup changes have proved to be a great learning experience for Bryan, Desiring Dead Flesh is now enjoying the most stable lineup in the bands history. With the same Bassist (TJ) and Guitarist (Pat) for over 2 years, joined by Adam Desiring Dead Flesh is having a lot of fun and looking forward to more opportunities in the future.
