Bio
Despite Distance began in 2008, when the four Easterling brothers (Jeff, Luke, Trevor, Matt) teamed up with long-time friend Ty Green. Our influences were all over the place, from indie rock to jazz and blues, metal to instrumental/ambient. Because of this, it took nearly three years for us to really blend those influences into a signature sound that truly represents us.
We have played shows all over Florida, from Daytona Beach to Orlando, and plenty right here in our hometown of Tampa. We have never left a crowd disappointed, and take great pride in the energy of our shows.
