"Destiny Claymore is Boston's Next Media Triple-Threat"

Destiny Claymore’s artistic journey is so varied that at some points, it starts to tangle. Where her music career begins, her film career crisscrosses — where that film career starts, a TV career pops up. (Some dance creds are woven into that equation, too)....single “No Fly Zone” perfects an icy kind of R&B. - Vanyaland

"Seven Local Acts You Have To Check Out"

“The duo of Destiny Claymore and Mad S. will become the city’s next great hip-hop act…” – Boston Herald - The Boston Herald

"This Brockton Performer is,truly, the girl with the HAIR"

"And with a big, bold voice and signature do like that, it was only natural that she starred in a recent production of the rock musical Hair, performing on stage in front of sold out crowds over the weekend at ONCE Somerville." - The Enterprise

"Urban Nutcracker Takes Contemporary Leap"

With impressive break dance moves and jangly isolations, Destiny McCottrell is a standout as a Michael Jackson doll. - Boston Globe

"Singer Songwriter Charting Her Way to Hollywood & Beyond"

"...bits of indie charm and a chill, catchy vibe. Clearly r&b, the tune also nods to electro, Top 40 and quiet storm soul. While “Pretty” unfolds over just six songs, the EP represents a huge step forward for Claymore (jumping her career ahead in quick bursts is another recent motif for the singer/actor)...This new side of Claymore will be something we’ll hear more of — when she’s not auditioning for blockbusters or innovative series." -Jed Gottlieb - Boston Herald

FREE GUY now playing in theaters

The Boston Herald says "Destiny Claymore sings like an angel and raps like a Tasmanian Devil" and that's exactly who she is. Incredibly versatile, Claymore effortlessly blends and switches styles from romantic soul to icy pop, and even electric rap. She is, in essence and sonic practice, a Black Queen and this reflects in each of her songs.

Her talents as a chameleon even led her into television and film, with two character roles in the TV show "The Expecting" and the action comedy film "Free Guy" slated to come to theaters in August 2021.
