Devine Write is a group of talented young men who have been playing music together for nearly ten years. Combining the easy-listening feeling of acoustic music with funky R&B beats and meaning full lyrics, they create an irresistible sound that has even the most conservative people in Utah dancing. Sean Oyler (vocals, guitar, bass, piano) and Aaron Wolfenbarger (vocals, guitar, bass) have been writing songs together since they were in the 7th grade, adding their third member Curtis Stahl (drums) shortly after, completing their trio They were originally called Some Band From Sandy, paying homage to there hometown in Utah. As the boys grew up together, their music began to evolve, as did their fan base. In 2007 they changed their name to Devine Write, releasing their first self-titled E.P. later that same year. They have has opened for bands such as the Floboats, Bone Thugs and Harmony, and Hollywood Undead. Even greater things are yet to come as the band plans to come out with a full-length album in early June of this year.
