Devin McMillian aka Devo Lucciano is a hiphop artist from Chicago Illinois who moved to Tulsa oklahoma at the age of 16. Since then he has dropped a mixtape entitled Ain't Shit Safe hosted by Oklahoma ' s very own Dj Bigg Rich. This mixtape features a few local hit singles such as "Twerk ft Yung Mills" & In Love" . Devo Lucciano has yet to blossom into the artist he projects to be and hopes to perfect his craft everyday and keep listeners on the edge of their seat.
