My influences were, Stephanie Mills, Whitney Houston, Janet Jackson, Diana Ross, Rachelle Ferrell, Anita Baker, Tina Marie, Billie Holiday and countless others. What sets me apart from others is that I feel that I have been all of the great women and men who have sang from their soul and not from their pockets. My story is of love, hurt, pain, joy, desire and over-coming.
