Dexter is a 21 year old who grew up on the north and eastside on Milwaukee and reps HOWL Gang which stands for Hustle Or Waste Life. He perspective is that every day one gets 24 hours to get to where one wants to be and tomorrow isn’t promised. It’s is creed and it’s a modern look at survival of the fittest. Dexter has been rapping since he was 15, but when he turned 18 he decided this is who he was. He’s ready and doing it on his own. - RBL
