"Review - Spend The Night"

Review: - As the info above testifies a mixture of smooth jazz and neo soul grooves. The Intro Seduction is spacey trancey, spoken vocals byShonia Brown, and a nice vibe laid down by Dezz.

Sweet Kisses and Whenever I'm with You features Marvelous White the latter track is my favourite of the two with a breezy jazzy feel, with a touch of old school and stronger vocals

The best vocalist on show is Ty Morgan on Comfortable Silence and Show Me, the first a keyboard driven dreamy ballad, and the latter being funkier and beatier.

Spend The Night is the title track instrumental, programmed like vibes and featuring the trumpet of Mark Abrams, a smooth jazzy piece. The Interlude Seduction is another smooth jazz thing. Emotions features an excellent sax, Frank Valdez but is essentially a smooth piece. The final track is harder and funkier containing a Steve Arrington sample Weak, weak at the knees.

Well produced and programmed and contains some good moments particularly on the vocal tracks.

Tracks: - 1. Intro Seduction, 2. Sweet Kisses, 3. Comfortable Silence, 4. Spend The Night, 5. Show Me, 6. Interlude Seduction, 7. Whenever I'm with You
8. Emotions, 9. Comfortable Silence (music), 10. Weak

Bio

Dezz has come a long way as a Producer, CEO and founder of her company NBeat Music and Studio Productions. Dezz was born and raised in Atlanta, Ga. and grew up in a musically talented family. Dezz's exposure to music stems from singing in her church choir as a child and young adult, to playing clarinet in her middle and high school bands. Although Dezz did not pursue music as a major while attending college, she always kept in tune with the latest on the music scene.

In the early 90's, Dezz began to take her music more seriously and started writing songs for her own self gratification. Dezz was encouraged to take her talent to another level after sharing her music with family and friends.

Dezz then decided to launch her production company under the former "Vybe Records" in order to produce and market her music. The concept was so successful that other local talents were interested in having Dezz produce and write music for them as well. Dezz then decided to reorganize her company and call it "NBeat Music". Dezz now host a variety of talented Independent Artist that can be heard on her site. Enjoy the music.
