D'Fernandes

The D'Fernandes is a mining banda, who divides his birth in two cities: Matthew Helm and Belo Horizonte. The ambivalence of the banda is not limited to the creation: it shows up in the sound, mimetic, diverse, plural. With influences from Rock, Acid Jazz, Rap, Groove, R & B, MPB, Samba, among others, the band has multiple faces, shown by a rhythmic sound and current. The thrust of the project is to make a sound that brings together musical and cultural manifestations, Brazil and other parts of the world. Sounds that do not fit into a single genre and ignores limits.
Founded in 2009 by vocalist David Fernandes, the group was gradually composing: guitarist Leandro Abreu was invited by David to write and produce songs that at first would be a solo CD. Bassist and composer and instrumentalist Cram Marcelo Abreu joined the project, increasing the quality and diversity of banda music. from this explosion of creative chemistry started the recordings.
The first EP came out in 2010, "In the beginning was the sound," with six tracks, written by banda musicians and partners. In 2012, just been recorded the second EP, "ViVA," with six new songs and appearances by musicians like: Kadu Viana, Ivan Parente.
