Diane Birch was trained as a classical pianist since age seven. After extensive experimentation with composition and a deep fascination with rock, blues, and soul, Diane began singing and composing piano driven pop/rock songs. Weaving all of her influences into a musical quilt, Diane conveys a depth and organic purity in her songs with an undeniable edge musically, lyrically, and vocally. With influences ranging from The Beatles, Elton John, Radiohead, Coldplay, Beck, Janis Joplin, Nina Simone and Beethoven, Diane's unique blend of genres truly breeds a sound all her own.

Set List

A typical set of original songs will be about a half hour consisting of about 6 songs: "Shadows, A Hand to Hold, Green Light, Tea & Cigarettes, Peel and Glue." My covers range from; Radiohead, The Beatles, Janis Joplin, Jeff Buckley, Nina Simone, Beck and Coldplay
