DIE ART are known as pioneers of East-German alternative pop and post punk. Their musical roots date back to the 80s with bands such as Joy Division and The Cure and cover a large variety of styles between punk and pop. DIE ART refers to their origins and, nevertheless, still and always sounds like DIE ART.
What devotees love about DIE ART is the energy bust which is set free at every live gig. And the mix of bittersweet lyrics with emotional punk.
