Diego Budicin, nato a Torino il 26 agosto 1990, ha concorso nella puntata del 29 gennaio 2006 nel programma televisivo “Domenica In - Ieri, oggi, domani” condotto da Pippo Baudo, in qualità di chitarrista. La trasmissione ha il fine di selezionare, attraverso una sfida a coppie, giovani elementi orchestrali per formare “l’orchestra di domani”.
Diego è stato votato dalla competente giuria composta da Alberto Radius (chitarrista dei Formula 3), Enrico Ciacci (chitarrista di Little Tony) e Dody Battaglia (chitarrista dei Pooh) ed ha superato di misura il suo avversario musicale, Gian Marco Ciampa di Roma anch’egli quindicenne. Diego è entrato quindi di diritto a far parte dell’orchestra di giovani e talentuosi musicisti; l’orchestra diretta dal maestro Pippo Caruso, si esibirà domenica 7 maggio 2006 e domenica 14 maggio 2006, nello spazio condotto da Baudo su RAI 1, a partire dalle ore 18. - Famia Ruvignisa - Via Silvio Pellico, 3 - 34122 - Trieste - Italia

Bio
Diego was born the 26th august 1990 in Turin - Italy.
He get his first guitar when he was eight.
After a series of music teachers, he found a master in guitar technique, who improve his natural talent.
At age of fifhteen, Diego won a national contest, awarded as the best young electric guitarist in Italy and he plays on RAI 1, the primary national TV channel several times.
He attends both University of Turin in a Music focused discipline and Accademia Lizard that is a private and well-known school of music in Italy.
He has composed several songs, in the progressive style and he performs many covers of Vai, Satriani, Moore, Howe, Timmons due his study programme. Most of the covers songs are published on his youtube channel.
Diego is currently arranging his tour date and will play live across FL state from 8/2/2010 to 9/2/2010.
2006 January: Diego won an italian guitar competition during a TV show on RAI 1, Italian national television, prime time, with a share of 26%.
2006 May: Two TV performances, where Diego playing with other 11 people in the "Orchestra di domani" some italian traditional songs and movie soundtracks like "the godfather" and "la vita è bella"
2007: Diego plays some covers of Satriani e V.Moore in a Jazz Club.
2008: "Thinking of Chopin" composed, arranged and played by Diego.
