We have all been in various cover (and original) bands through the years and it was time to put together something that we would want to listen to - music that was true to our ages and experience. We try not to get too hung up on genre. We can generally adjust our sets to fit the audience when necessary. Our early influences range from Leo Kotke, Tom Waits and Dylan to Sister Hazel, CSN, Buffalo Springfield and Elvis Costello and of course like many others, the Beatles. Songs written to tell stories sung with 3 part harmonies in rhythms and music styles that fit the lyrical content. Could be Trop Rock, Americana, Latin, Country all that still sounds cohesive with common threads in the music, voices and writing style that keeps it together ,interesting and understandable. Our target demographic is a little older 35 - 65 although many younger people enjoy our music. We write about things from our own skewed perspective under the soft and flattering light that only time allows, (sorry I got carried away). As always the music and lyrics tell the real story here.
