Introducing, DIFFERENT BREED.
DIFFERENT BREED consists of a hip hop duo born and raised in Atlanta, GA. The two are from the same family but truly a DIFFERENT BREED. INDI STRUKTE B'L and JAE-G are cousins that came together with the same interest, but have two individual styles. Separately, they offer the best of both worlds, yet together give a variety of flavors in one. Of course, being from the south, they know how to get the party 'crunk' with catchy hooks and bass heavy beats. For the more easy listeners, they offer feel good dance music for all ages. For those times when they have something on their mind worth sharing, they hit you with lyrically charged hooks and verses. With both having the potential to be solo acts, together they are sure to keep the 'ear buds' going.
Now lets meet the players;
On a Friday, the 13th day of January in Atlanta, GA, a young man enters the world not having a clue of what he was going to be. Raised by his grandmother, sister, and the streets of Atlanta he had to find a way to become a successful black man. Resorting to playing sports as a means of getting away from the pressures of the inner city, he found that football was his first love. To this day, he still enjoys playing the game in his spare time. Over the years, he began to be inspired by entertainers such as The Dungeon Family, Nas, Pastor Troy, Patti LaBelle, T.I., and The Spinners. The influence from these and other artists had so much impact that a hidden passion for music evolved from within. From that he decided to involve himself in the music industry. Today, he is INDI STRUKTE B'L and one half of DIFFERENT BREED.
On January 24th, in the slums of West Atlanta, GA a unique young man was born. Early in his life, his family moved to a suburban area on the Southside of Atlanta called College Park. Here, he witnessed and involved himself in clandestine activities. While a product of a single family home, with no father figure, he had to adapt and overcome situations as a man at a young age. He relieved himself from the stress, and expressed it through writing. He began writing poems, later growing from poems to hooks and hooks to verses with the passion of wanting to be heard. The name JAE-G was given to him by a close friend. He has the ambition to take the world by surprise, delivering an outstanding performance and way above average flow. He is JAE-G, and he makes up the second half of DIFFERENT BREED.
