Bio
Born in January of 2000 in the hometown of such eccentric luminaries as Hunter S. Thompson and Muhammad Ali, Louisville power-pop heroes Digby play fantastically appealing songs that not only capture the sounds of their city, but are quickly weaving their way into the national fabric of rock.
After rising through the ranks in the Louisville music scene, Digby garnered much success with their debut Label X release Go Digby. Riding at #1 on WFPK's Top 25 Albums Chart for an unprecedented 5 weeks in a row, landing in the Top 3 Sales Chart at Ear X-Tacy Records for 2003, and playing to packed houses throughout the Midwest has cemented the reputation of the five lads called Digby.
Digbys much anticipated second release Falling Up was produced by Todd Smith, whose credits include platinum-selling artists Days of the New and Smashmouth. Falling Up will be released in the spring of 2004 by Label X/ Toucan Cove and distributed by Madacy Label Group.
