Bio
We all met at William and Mary. DUV started as Will, a solo act. He experimented with various instruments and members assuming that a good song is a good song no matter how it's played. He spent three years playing a sea-foam green acoustic guitar with a heart shaped hole accompanied by a carpet roll, violin, and overturned bass drum. There was some toy circuit bending, but very amateur, if that even. Eventually around 2008 after the circuit benders and carpet rollers all graduated, Will stuck around to pick up a seasoned drummer and bassist. These two graduated as well, and now Digging Up Virgins works between Norfolk and Williamsburg, where Will travels to play with the William and Mary juniors Steph, Tiff, and Guy. We push songs from the earliest of Will's career, and continue to write new songs, collaborating, or taking from Guy's musical collection.
