Digital Orchestra is the latest Dutch sensation. This band from Eindhoven makes a daring mix of Alternative Rock and Electronica, and shakes up the music scene while doing it. Think Radiohead, Think Brjörk, Think Digital Orchestra. This band is a must-see for everybody!
The band formed in late 2010 as a once-only project, but quickly developed into a promising band. Within a short frame of time, they created an extensive repertoire and recorded several demos. Through various performances, including playing at the annual Klok Rock Orange festival and a showcase gig in the Effenaar in Eindhoven, the band has established itself as the most recent addition to Electrorock music in the Netherlands. Their first EP, recorded in November 2011, will be released in mid-2012.
Digital Orchestra’s signature sound can be defined as Alternative Rock, with a good dose of Prog Rock, Fusion, Drum ‘n’ Bass and Electronica. You are guaranteed a mind-blowing, mysterious, yet exciting live show.
