Form a band out of six people with close to completely different musical backgrounds, and the result should be nothing short of interesting. When Dimma began writing music in 2015, they had no predetermined framework for how their music should sound. A few months later, after having created a repertoire of original music, it has evolved into something that's still hard to place under a certain genre, or even combination of genres, but which is sure to creep its way into the likes of any music lover.
Join Dimma at a gig and you'll be treated with influences from most corners of the musical spectrum, including progressive and psychedelic rock, country, funk, heavy metal, and folk music (sometimes, when in an experimental enough mood, all in one song!). All these influences are heavily seasoned with both acoustic and electric elements, a huge serving of energy, and a thick fog to comfortably disappear into until the last bam of the snare. Welcome into the mist!
