Dim Wisdom began with cousins Omar and Gabriel jamming at their homes in Queens, NY during their high school years in the late 90s. They first performed publicly in 2001 at a 9/11 benefit concert at Cooper Union’s Great Hall.
Straight from NYC, Dim Wisdom has been playing Rock with Hip-Hop and Pop influences all over the NYC tri-state. They have over 1,400 song plays, and 1000 followers across the internet.
Their latest EP, titled JUMP, rises to new levels both technically and artistically, while featuring the recording debut of their newest member, rapper K-Smith.
Influences include John Spencer Blues Explosion, Kid Cudi, MF Doom, Fugazi, and Tool.
