Dinamo was born in the spring of 2000 because of the meeting of Sergio Borghi (guitar) and Mirco Rufilli(voice). Already friends, they decided to begin this adventure together, mixing words and melodies of the voice of one and the music of the other. Immediately this teamwork bears its fruits, so that in the summer of 2000 they recorded the first demo-tape entitled “DINAMO 00” that contained 5 unpublished tracks .Their adventure goes on with a lot of concerts in Tuscany between which there are some important live exhibitions such as the one at the rock Match in Florentine Indoor Sports Arena and the one at the UNESCO show. The band’s musical growth gets its balance with the meeting of G. B. on the guitar and of Luca T. on the drums. All together they played a great and unforgettable concert with the STATUTO at the Auditorium flog of Florence. In 2003 they autoedited a E.P entitled “Zerotre” that contained 5 new tracks .
The cd was a great success in the Tuscan underground scene and brought them to play in prestigious stages of Tuscany and out of it, as the Festa Rock in S.Benedetto del Tronto (Ap) and in the main arena of the Fortezza da basso in Florence. But in the Spring of 2004 Sergio Borghi was forced to leave the band for personal reasons. Missing one of the two founders, the band took a break.
In September 2006 Mirco met Luca, who persuaded him that the Dinamo Rock is always possible.
This way and thanks to the strong collaborations of Fernando del Regno ( P.R.I), Marco Franchini. (Clima x, Fuoribanda ) and Salvatore Pagano (Magic Blues, Glass House Band ), the band recreates “ The Sound “and forged new songs : this is a new beginning.
Their live concerts are their strength : their performances are full of expression of their nature, pure energy with a sound impact full of passion
During 2007 Dinamo were noticed in several Tuscan shows, events and clubs: from the Moon- tale festival to the Keller Platz, passing through Born to Rock, The Cencio’s, OMI Club, Ambasciata di Marte coming to the Pistoia Blue’s finale.
In October 2008 the Dinamo won the first prize of “Artisti in movimento” organized by a district of Mantova for all the Italian emerging bands.
The Spring of 2008 ended recording their first full length “ Intorno è buio “ ( “it is dark around” ),by P.R.I. with 13 tracks which goes out on the 20th of October 2008.
The distribution is committed to Andromeda and involves the main cities of Italy.

In The Summer of 2008 the band worked on an acoustic project, offering the public personal covers of those famous songs that signed their personal musical experience and some new tracks from the album .
The Dinamo rock band gets the final dimension and its own “sound” with Mirco Rufilli (voice, acoustic guitar ), Salvatore Pagano (guitar ), Rudy Zecchitella (guitar), Lapo Monopoli ( bass guitar) and Luca Tonni (drums).
