BAND
The Cool Rockin Daddies is a tight little five-piece "Roadhouse-style" band, made up of (you guessed it) five dads, all veterans of the music business. A couple dads were signed to major-label record deals, and some were not, but all have played in highly popular bands, on principle stages, and have opened for national acts throughout their careers. Built on the concept of being a lean, mean, rockin’ machine, this band pays homage to "Rock Greats" from the 50's, to the 90's, along with playing some smokin’ originals too!

DIRTY DAN BUCK
Things are unparalleled in the Midwest. It's the simple things that mean the most there. Hard work and even harder good fun will always rank near the top for the blue-collar population where Dan Buck was raised. With the wind burnt collar of his leather jacket turned up against the night, his brown hair now giving way to a more distinguished silver tone, his faded blue jeans comfortably fit, Buck's rough-hewn exterior recalls that of the neighborhood rebel, now grown up. When he straps on his battered guitar and hits those first arresting chords, you know this guy is the real deal. Weaned on the hard-driving industrial-strength rock 'n' roll of Chicago's Fox River Valley, Buck has, for three decades, traveled the same well-worn regional highways that eventually lifted Bob Seger, John Mellencamp and Ted Nugent into the international spotlight. Critics from all around the Heartland - Chicago, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Cleveland, Pittsburg, Buffalo, Toronto - point to Buck's riveting stage presence and proven ability to energize an audience and keep them in his sway as prime reasons for the success of his bands. The Chicago Tribune, Sun-Times, Variety and Billboard magazines were among the major publications that noticed his talents as a leader. Buck's emotion-charged vocals and fire and brimstone stage style led the rough 'n' tumble Boyzz from Illinoizz to record two albums for CBS-distributed Epic Records, A series of whirlwind tours followed that read like a Who's Who of Rock & Roll, which included Aerosmith, The J. Geils Band, Meatloaf, UFO, Cheap Trick and REO Speedwagon, to name, just a few. When that band's five year reign ended, he then formed Dirt's Raiders, which recorded an album for Atlantic Records, and two other subsequent bands, The Original Sinners and Dan Buck's Small Change, both recording on Down & Dirty Records, a small private label owned by Buck. Now Buck continues his search for the heart of Saturday night in his songs, reverting back to his beginnings, championing the spirited lifestyle of youth, and preaching the timeless rock sermon in which he so believes

It’s been one wild ride! In part by sharing the stage with these amazing artists:

Aerosmith, Eric Burdon and the Animals, Brian Auger, Joan Baez, Black Oak Arkansas, Richie Blackmore (Deep Purple), Blue Oyster Cult, Blues Brothers Horn Section, Savoy Brown, The Buckinghams, Cactus, Cheap Trick, Creedance Clearwater, Rick Derringer, Detroit, Karla DeVito, Lefty Dizz, The Doobie Brothers, Dr. Hook, Enuff Z'Nuff, Ellen Foley, Rory Gallagher, Guess Who, Heart, Anne Hills, Catfish Hodge, John Lee Hooker, Ian Hunter, J. Geils Band, James Gang, Joan Jett and Lita Ford (The Runaways), Judas Priest, Kansas, Albert King, Manfred Mann, Steve Marriott (Humble Pie), Dave Mason, Meatloaf, Steve Miller, Nazareth, NRBQ, Ted Nugent, Robert Palmer, Iggy Pop, Quicksilver, Rare Earth, Ratt, REO, Mick Ronson (David Bowie), Rush, Michael Smith, Jimy Sohns (The Shadows of Knight), Ruby Star, Status Quo, John Kaye & Steppenwolf, Styx, Jon Hiseman's Tempest, Tower of Power, George Thorogood, Pat Travers, Triumph, Leslie West (Mountain), UFO, Uriah Heep, Wishbone Ash

JIMMI PERRINO
How many people can say they played keys for Rock & Roll legend CHUCK BERRY ...well Jimmi can! But not only that, Chuck, (uncharacteristically), sang praises of Jimmi by saying to his audience "you don't see too many white boys who can play like that" and "that white boy can play the blues" and then sat down next to him and played side by side. No doubt, the highlight of Jimmi's career! Jimmi has been bedazzling audiences with his keyboard magic his whole life, but there was a time when he thought he wanted to switch to guitar and his father told him (emphatically) "you have committed yourself to learning the piano, and that's that!” Jimmi went on to be a student of the American Conservatory of Music and is well versed in most genres. In response to the question, how long will you keep doing this, Jimmi responded, "I'll keep playing until they throw dirt on top of me".

TADD KING
Playing the Blues has always been Tadd's passion, and is the very foundation of what has become the style for which he's known today! His earliest influences were people like Johnny & Edgar Winter, and Corky Siegel, and he recalls a time, running into Johnny in a club on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, and he was rendered temporarily speechless in his
