2 time consecutive RAMI winners, DFS has done a lot in the community to bring the rockabilly scene alive again. The band was formed in 2008 as a Holiday Rockabilly band that soon evolved into something much bigger. The name got changed and the Rockabilly scene in Rockford and surrounding areas began to revitalize. Dirty Fishnet Stockings self promotes every gig and pushes for people to come out and experience a true toe tappin', hip shakin' good time!
Every show features over 50 songs performed, free fishnets to the kittens in skirts, dancing all night long, crazy amounts of energy flying around the room (and of course on the stage), and music everyone loves!
