Dirty Syncopators were formed with one purpose and one purpose only: to make it funky! We love to generate a big sound in order to move the masses to get off their asses and feel good! We're dedicated to keeping the spirit of our forebears alive; (bands like Tower of Power, the Meters, Sly and the Family Stone and of course, James Brown), While at the same time blending our own voice and original arrangements and compositions to create our own brand of soul!
Dirty Syncopators are constantly in pursuit of originality as long as we're right in the groove, layin' in the cut and keepin' it dirty! With so many talented musicians in our lineup and weapons in our arsenal, it stands to reason that before the night is over, everyone will want to get a little dirty.
