"The headlining band of the night was Banbury based four piece Dirty Voice. These young men not only had the idea to hold this event, but certainly knew how to give the crowd what they want. With a mixture of their own material and excellent renditions of some rock classics like, Highway to Hell - AC/DC and Rebel Yell – Billy Idol, they certainly made the night come to life. Bringing with them a good fan base, the lad’s performance and stage presence was that of a high energy level, with a lot of interaction with each other and the crowd. Their whole set, they had everyone on their feet, dancing and singing along. This young band has a lot of talent and is definitely not an act to miss." - BBC Oxford

"The sixth band of the night was Banbury based four-piece Dirty Voice. Their sound is a classic-charged Rock with a Hardcore-edge – it’s a strong and exciting direction that the band knows exactly how to get the most from. Fast paced drums and guitar parts, mixed with winding guitar solos and powerful vocals, they really worked together tonight to pull off an impressive set. They looked right at home on the big stage at The Asylum with a great level of stage presence that should serve them well." - Surface Unsigned Judges

Bio

Dirty Voice consists of a few best mates and dedicated musicians who enjoy nothing more than to get together, have a few drinks and play our instruments till our hands fall off. We've been through thick and thin and the bonds between us couldn't be stronger, which makes for the tightest, most kick ass sound that will blow your mind!

Originally formed one year ago with a different line up, the band has made leaps and bounds. Now we're ready to take on the world, with kick ass riffs and mind blowing solo's that will bring the roof down!

Heavily influenced by the likes of Black Stone Cherry, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Bon Jovi, Led Zeppelin & many more, we certainly bring many ideas and riffs together to fuse a rock sound that will please anyones ears! The show put on is also a treat, as we are never happier or more active, than playing our hearts out and enjoying every last second on any stage.

Having played many gigs all across the south-west midlands area we have rocked out alongside reputable bands like: Red Star Rebels, Kid Ego, The Maker Band, Sirenide, Lionsex and many others.
