DISAGONY

They were last year’s most expected band in the neighbourhood, they’re now a hope in today’s rock scene ; Disagony, a trio inclu- ding Lynn Maring (vocals, guitar), Alexandre Davoine (drums) and Rafael Peregrina (bass), have made their striking riffs heard and unanimously liked. For the past three years they’ve been rocking out Switzerland’s most famous venues from Rockoz’Arenes Festival to Geneva’s Usine.
Formed by three alternative grunge-rock obsessed friends, the band draws its inspiration and force from live performances they power- fully put on, having yet shared the bill with artists such as The Lords of Altamonts or Ben Harper.
Their first EP was recorded and mixed by no other than Yvan Bing (Phil Collins, Ted Nugent...) at Kitchen Studio in Geneva. It was released in March 2011.
This experience came out to be successfull and this meeting appeared to be changing the band’s fate ; their debut album will be produced by Yvan Bing and will be recorded at the ICP Studio in Brussels in February 2012.
This upcoming album will be a combination of their rock roots and a dare of melancholia. Still using the electric guitar as their aim and focus, different kinds of instruments will also be used to express both their wildness and clemency, promising their next record to be hot and fascinating.
