Distrata

Distrata was formed in October 2004. The band remained in seclusion for almost a year practicing and perfecting an unique sound that fluctuates from hardcore, technical metal and various influences beyond. In 2005, Distrata was unleashed on the south Florida music scene. This young band has built up an intense fan base in a matter of months as well as created a buzz for their band. The band name Distrata is now synonymous in the south Florida local music scene with musicianship, showmanship and raw pure live energy.

Distrata’s fan base continues to grow. The band has begun a promotional campaign in support of their demo recorded at the Dungeon Recording Studio in Miami. In less then 3 months over 200 hundred demos have been distributed around south Florida. The band also plans to expand their fan base to northern Florida and beyond in early 2006. Distrata will also be featured on a Eulogy Recordings compilation, which is guaranteed to attract national attention for this explosive band.

Distrata combines a precise combination of talent and modern music. The band is gaining enough momentum to propel them into the underground music scene and into the eyes of the music industry.
