Dear Rap Fest Organizers:

It is with great pleasure that I submit this letter recommending Divine Order for participation in the 2007 Rap Fest event. As the Vice-President of the Youth Department for Mt. Zion Apostolic Church in Philadelphia, PA, we are always looking for positive Christian outlets and activities. Just a few months ago, Divine Order hosted a Holy Hip Hop concert. It was simply amazing. There were several artists on hand; all lifting up the name of Jesus. There were many young people in attendance that never had the opportunity to witness live Holy Hip Hop. Both the adults and the young people enjoyed themselves. The event was free to the public, which allowed for more participation from the local community.

On a more personal note, it is a pleasure to work with Deacon and Sister Lewis (Divine Order). Sister Lewis is a wonderful Sunday school teacher. She has a unique way of teaching the Bible to her class that consists of various ages (5yrs up to about 16 years old). Deacon Lewis is a talented artist. God has blessed him with a desire to assist the children of Mt. Zion by creating Script Toonz. The Script Toonz is a comic script that Deacon Lewis creates as a teaching aide. This duo is certainly unselfish in their efforts to uplift the Kingdom. It is a pleasure and an honor to fellowship with them in the Body of Christ, and too have them as friends. Your event will truly be blessed with the participation of Divine Order. Feel free to contact me at (803) 707-4395 if you have additional questions or concerns.

“Divine Order” with a “Divine Touch” is what comes to my mind. I couldn’t describe them with better words. I am very delighted to know that you would consider Divine Order to be part of such a great and extravagant event such as the 2007 Rap Fest. I attended Rap Fest 2006 and I was blown away by such performances. Divine Order brings positive, upbeat, and optimistic performances. With two hearts such as these being the perfect role modes for our youth today Divine Order are sure to left your Spirits, no matter what the mood is.

In 2006 I attended a Holy Hip Hop event that Divine Order hosted. Not only did I help serve at this spiritual celebration but I got to witness the genuine love they really have for God as husband and wife. I saw it in their faces and in their actions towards the people of God. Everyone who attended said they loved it.

Divine Order are members of Mt Zion Apostolic Church of Christ. Caje (Anthony) is one of our Deacons and Poetikmind (Limarie) is my children’s Sunday School Teacher. I am so thankful to God that we have these two great leaders at Mt. Zion. There is no doubt in my mind that you will be thrilled and overjoyed to have Divine Order as one of your participants at the 2007 Rap Fest. If you have any questions please fill free to call me (215) 239-4663, angelbaby13170@aol.com.

Divine Order moves your spirit the moment you hear them. It’s one of those
intangibles yet, ever more, present! ‘It’s the anointing that breaks the yoke’,
we are told in God’s Word. Anointing comes with sacrifice and paying dues.
Anthony speaks with authority from the Throne! Just as Jesus told the
Jewish council, ‘I speak not of mine own authority but, the Authority from
above.’ The Hip Hop culture is diabolical, to say the least. In order to get a
saving message of hope out there, God can use Whom He wills to bring
awareness and deliverance. They don’t even use the same dress code!
No need to! Undeniable rap and hip hop sounds, Divine Order uses the loops
and instruments and God given creativity to glorify the God who gave the
creativity! We can agree that music of it’s self is not evil but, make no mistake,
it is the heart and life that is surrendered to God that uses this vehicle to drive
home a message not in keeping with the Kingdom of The Most High God!
The opposite of that is Divine Order!
A recent ministry date at Psalmistry in West Oak Lane, is still reverberating
through the hearts and souls of the listeners long after the doors were closed,
which goes to show that the Spirit of the Living God is still very much alive
and moving to affect change and deliverance for so many!
Keep on living for the King and letting Him use you!

Born half boricua half dominican, Limarie Lewis aka
POETIKMIND is poetry in motion, if you allow me to use
that cliche. She’s beenwriting poetry since the 7th grade.
Poetikmind found her calling for poetry looking for an
outlet to release sadness, joy, and pain. Poetikmind’s style
of writing is unique because her rebellious energy of not
staying within the boundaries of traditional poetry. Her
influences come from favoerite singers than poets.
Poetikmind’s inspiration comes from heaven above. Her
deep belief in Jesus reflects in her writings. Poetikmind’s
writings nowadays are geared more towards changing lives
and inspiring people to see the good in life rather than
exploit fables about a world that is already destined for
doom. Her true love is God so that is what makes her poetry
real and powerful.Poetikmind has a book and CD coming
in the near future entiled “Deep Thoughts Defined”. This
poetic book and Cd will be something that will touch the
reader and listener in ways only God could explain.
