Bio

Dixie Tradition consists of a set of twin brothers, DJ and Jonathon Rachal; who define themselves as “A little South of Southern”. They are 21 years old from Shreveport, Louisiana and have been singing since the young age of 3. They eat, breathe, and sleep music; they love it and live for it. Growing up around their musically inclined family such as; their mother being an outstanding vocalist in the Ark-La-Tex area, their grandfather whom was an Elvis impersonator for 30+ years, their grandmother who is a talented pianist, and their uncle who is a songwriter as well as a drummer, you see it is in their blood. At age 5 they would bellow out Garth Brooks, Randy Travis, or whatever song you would want them to sing while standing with boots on the wrong feet and a make shift guitar.

Their first spotlight moment was at age 6 when they were allowed to sing on stage at the Ark-La-Tex Roundup with their mother, Tanya, whom sings backup for them now and they haven’t stopped since.
