CD Wildwomen Discography

The Cd contains a mix of Blues and Rock and Roll. Nightlife name came from the years experience, Dizzy G has had in the nightlife/bar business. Most of the material is from observation, than personal experience.

Song List

Somebody Better Than you is based on the observation of watching people come into the bar, looking for somebody new, after a broken relationship. Then along arrives the ex.

Endless Life is based on the life of a hooker and pimp. After years in the business she is no further ahead, than she was when she started.

G-Spot not what you think. The song is referring, to meeting that special person, that you can't get off your mind.

Cried was written in memory of Kenny MacDonald who was the husband of a dear friend who worked with Dizzy G in the bar business.

Greed from observation of a friend who can never have enough out of life, finding fault with everyone, only if we could be a perfect as this person.

Come Home to Me is about someone who walks out on you, that you can't get over.

Wild Women the title track, everyone has seen them at the local bar, just having a good time.

The Hangover wild women after the night before.

I Can't Remember this song is performed by a special friend Charnelle Armstrong as sequel to Wild Women.

Big City Blues the fast pace of life, and reality of living in the big city..

Bio

Dizzy G started his musical career at age fourteen, writing his first song and playing in a local
band. With his passion for song writing, by the time he was twenty, had wrote more than fifty
songs. In earlier years, his passion was more for folk and country, in which he was raised on,
But played locally in a rock band in his home town, of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.

As his career progressed, he went on to run and own his own bands plus a sound production
company over the next several years. The bands included Dr. Oregno, Airborne, The Press,
The Parts Dept. and Spare Parts, which is still in existance after twenty years with several
changes in band members. Played as an opening act for Platinum Blonde and Matt
Minglewood and his band played several gigs, with the local successful band Haywire.

Dizzy G, played keyboards, bass, guitar did vocals and harmonies. Played with many local
legends, such as Jeff Morris from Tequila, Davis Ward, Rogers Jones, in the Parts Dept, David
Rashid and Marvin Birt from Haywire in the Dr Oregno band. Also worked as a keyboard player
for the showband The Happy Dolls.

Later on, Dizzy G moved to Moncton New Brunswick, and continued playing as a solo acoustic
act. After purchasing his own bar in 2004, Dizzy G still supplied his own entertainment, and
ran talent shows and local jam sessions. In 2007 Dizzy G owned and operated a bar in Moncton
called Kody's, but mainly hired bands because it was a country venue, but operated the sound
board for most of the shows.

In 2009, Dizzy G purchased and opened a small recording studio, mainly for his own personal
songwriting, and recorded his first CD, Dizzy G title track Wildwomen. During the process, Dizzy
G, decided to further his education in Sound Engineering, and attended Recording Arts Canada
in Toronto, there he finished his CD and graduated with honors.

Returning in October 2011, to the east coast to be closer to his other business interests, he has
carefully selected, some of the finest local musicians to promote and perform his new

Wild Women is a mixture of Blues and Rock catering to the ages of 25 and up. The music
represents the nightlife and many years in the music and bar business. Mixed with Dizzy G's
own interpretation of several cover tunes, makes for a fun and interesting show.

4 piece Blues/Rock Band from Moncton, NB. Plays a mixture of original and cover music, New CD release Dizzy G Title Track Wild Women.
The band consists of local and musicians from Toronto, Ontario to British Columbia. Rudy Gillespie (Dizzy G) returned from Toronto, Ontario after completing a course in Audio Engineering and the owner of Dizzy G Studios in Dieppe, NB. Rudy returns to the stage after 20 years experience with local and road bands. To offer a mixture of his originals and own version of cover tunes. Playing lead and rhythm guitar, Harmonica and Lead vocals.
Anthony (Tony the Bass Man) derives from Toronto, Ontario where he played with many bands including The Sonny Rhodes Blues Band for 5 years internationally. He also performed with Dave West Trio, Bob Mover. He also played in B.C. with The Paxton Bachman Band, Tim Bachman formerly from BTO. Supreme Bass Player and Session/Studio Musician, Anthony adds his vocal ability with his rough Bluesy voice that would make you think Louis Armstrong returned from the dead.
Serge Gallant (Surgey) student of the University of Moncton’s Piano adds to the bands flavour, with Awesome Sax solo’s & Vocals. Serge he’s played with the best players in his hometown, and is able to hold his own with the best in the business.
Dallas Spani (Shaggy) originally from Vancouver, B.C. now resides in Dieppe, N.B. Dallas has a natural feel for Blues and Rock with the special groove that sets him apart from many drummers. Adding his vocals makes him a key player in this unique band. He has also played with the Sonny Rhodes Band and the Paxton Bachman Band
Together these 4 talented musicians have come together to offer an entertaining performance, all playing different instruments. Don’t forget to get up and dance, if you don’t like to dance sit in the front row and watch these talented musicians show their stuff.
