Dizzykid

Keswick based band DizzyKid, founded in 2003 by Eric Home and Devon Fraser, started as a two piece band, Eric having taken piano lessons and learning the basics of rythm guitar and Devon comming from a strong musical background, both having previous experience in failed bands, came up with the roots to what was to be the band you hear today. They struggled through not having a bass guitar player or drummer and singer. They were then introduced to the now drummer Steve Moore, after Eric decided to take up bass. While the music came together almost instantaniously, they lacked a singer. After going through many different singers (inlcuding the now singer Ryan Weston). Finally after another stint with a new singer Ryan came back to try out again. Now with the powerful vocals behind dark and heartfelt lyrics DizzyKid starting to take on a whole new sound. Now the band formed and ready to advance into something they all believe in. The six song ep is just the beginning of what this band seems to be capable of. From fast paced up beat sound of when will it go away, to the rugged foot stomping rock of temporary insanity this band carries a wide variety of original material.
