DJ IVY

Born and raised in San Jose, DJ Ivy started spinning at the age of 16 and continued to develop her passion as she fell in love with Hip-Hop and R&B music. This guided her to produce sounds and mixes that personify feelings and emotion as her spectrum of musical influences include Musiq Soulchild, Big K.R.I.T., Kendrick Lamar, Ne-Yo, and Slum Village. DJ Ivy enjoys spinning at bars, outside venues, and events where she can maximally express her style to the crowd while showing people that music is supposed to make you feel more in tune with yourself. She believes that without good DJing the world would be miserable - this is why she continues to perfect her craft to save humanity.
