DJ Actin Up

Dj Acting Up career as a disc jockey started in 2005 while he was in Atlantic City, Nj at a nightclub formerly called “Studio Six”. The club owner Tommy Sherwood was in need of a DJ, but had no one to turn to. It was late at night with a crowd of people when Tommy Sherwood asked DJ Acting Up if he was up to the task. Seconds later he was in front of the turntables playing music, and everyone started dancing. Club owner Tommy Sherwood was amazed of how this no name DJ was being recognized, and asked to spin different genres of music. Initially it was only suppose to be a one-time gig, but by impressing the club owner Dj Acting Up landed himself a job as the resident DJ spinning music 6 nights out of the week. He had former experience Djing at house parties, and also with DJ family members who taught him the tricks of the trade. Dj Acting up comes from a family were being a Disc Jockey is a tradition, and he continues to uphold the tradition himself by teaching his young son the art of disc jockeying to continue the legacy. DJ Acting Up got his name from asking his followers, and fans on social media of a name he should have as a DJ. From his well-known reputation of partying, he was given the name Acting Up. DJ Acting Up who also happens to be an avid tattoo artist decided to hit the road, and moved to Florida to expand his career.
