DJ dojob is the stage name of Rich Webster, DJ, producer, and multi-instrumentalist extrordinaire. With over 10 years of guitar, bass, drums, and piano instruction and over 5 years of DJ and music production experience, DJ dojob is one of the most versatile artists in the Philly and DC electronic scene. Collaboration is a big part of the DJ dojob sound and live performances often feature guest musicians and rappers. From electronica, to dubstep, to funk jams, to mash-up tracks, to downtempo; a set from DJ dojob is certainly eclectic. The main focus of the dojob live set is improvisation, leaving the more polished sounds to studio albums. Shows have been held in diverse locations from an auditorium with over 1000 paying audience members to a grimey south Philly rowhome with 200 kids packed into one floor.
