Labeled as one of the hottest Christian DJs, his displayed spinning style is graceful yet hard-hitting with superb cuts and smooth blends. His unmistakable depth behind the “wheels of steel” illustrate his love for what he does, and his loving the Lord pushes his performances to the hilt, and develops an ultimate spiritual high that leaves his audiences forever wanting more!

DJ E. Double U, affectionately known by acquaintances as “E Dub” was born Edward Watson in the Bronx, the home of some of the world’s most renowned DJs. Relocating to Atlanta, DJ E. Double U succumbed to the love of deejaying and with true support, knew he could really make it his life career. Although living his art “in the world”, this all changed when DJ E. Double U came to Christ in 1994, taking a permanent sabbatical from secular music, knowing God designed his heart to touch people through the talent He provided.

DJ E Double U remains busy traveling nationwide as mix DJ for femcee for Christ “Elle Roc” performing before thousands at festivals and conferences including Sonshine Music Festival, Holy Hip Hop Awards, Inside Out Soul Festival, and Kingdom Bound Festival. Also, DJ E Double U has shared the stage with top recording artists Mary-Mary, Smokie Norful, and Tank performing at the Atlanta Hawks Basketball Game, New Birth 5K Walk, Praise 97.5 Gospel Brunch and Gospel Heritage Foundation Celebrity Basketball Game to name a few.

Being one of the most sought after mix DJs, on June 22, DJ E Double U will officially release his mix CD rightfully entitled “Changing the Game: Urban Inspiration Series 1”. When asked about his upcoming project, DJ E Double U stated, “This CD will offer an alternative featuring some of the hottest urban inspirational artists! I believe now is the time for us to restore positive images to urban music!”

Set List

Sets ranges from 15 minutes to 4 hours and features all styles of gospel ranging from traditional to rhythm and praise, urban inspiration, rap, hip hop, reggae, house, and jazz as well as old school and positive music.
