As a female artist I love musicians like Lauryn Hill, Erykah Badu and Beyonce Knowles. I really enjoy hip hop and the entire movement before it was commercialized. Djaying is something that I love to do at home whenever I have free time when no ones looking as well as in front of the crowd. I love interacting with the crowd and getting their feedback. I have never had a bad event. I am currently the Hump Day Dj for the Greeks at Baylor University and I am the only Girl DJ in my Age range around the greater Dallas area that has done pretty big and successful events.
I have always been around music and I love everything about it I understand music a lot as well as I play the violin and I am able to incorporate many different styles and genres. My parents haven't fully hopped on board but I am focused and set on proving them wrong because I am very driven and I am willing to learn soak up all that I can so that I can be the best at what I do.
I know how to mix and scratch on old school turn tables as well and so I am not limited to Serato, Trakktor and Virtual DJ like man disk jockeys are today.
I work as an intern as a DJ in Waco at 104.9 The Beat so I am familiar with audio Production as well.
My greatest inspirations are Lauryn Hill and Spinderella.
