This Dynamic Urban Entertainer currently resides in San Diego, CA. Raised in Southern California, DJ.HARMZ entered the entertainment industry at the age of fifteen as a b-boy, graffiti artist and Dj. In 1993 HARMZ started his quest in the entertainment industry as a Dj for a local San Diego Crew, 328 Sounds (Fat Crew) as a hip hop/ drum & bass DJ/Promoter. While in the industry HARMZ crossed paths with the internationally known M.C. TEZ from the “RUFFNECK ALLIANCE CREW”(uk/us) The two built a strong business relationship, In 1995 HARMZ became part of the world wide infamous “RUFFNECK ALLIANCE CREW” Since then HARMZ has held positions from Producer, Composer to production assistant, learning the ins and outs of the industry over the past several years. In addition to Producing, DJ.HARMZ is also known as one of Southern California's rising Hip-Hop/ Urban Music Stars, In 2001 DJ.HARMZ joined forces with one of San Diego’s premier artist DNA-1 and the legendary “FADED CREW” (WHISKEY Records) performing all over the western region from his resident town in San Diego, Ca to San Francisco to Las Vegas, Texas, Arizona and of course Los Angeles, CA. they have performed alongside the likes of Talib Kweli, Method Man, Redman, Erick Sermon, The Black Eyed Peas, Tha Liks, The Pharcyde, Nappy Roots, Slum Village, KRS-One and many more... The dynamic dual’ music have appeared on everything from TV Shows to DVD's to the big screen, as an entertainer/ performer/ composer they have worked with the likes of Russell Simmons, Stan Lathan, Josh Hartnett, Harrison Ford, Kwame Amoaku, MC Lyte, Ludacris, Chingy and many more. With a mentor like Famous Jerry Heller (founder of NWA) the two are destined to reach the top of the charts. Look for music from DJ HARMZ and DNA-1 in movies such as F.E.D.S.
