With 19 years as a DJ and extensive experience as a promoter, Kevin demonstrates a confidence in the mix with a track selection as diverse as his background. In a time when DJs are defined by rapidly shrinking genres, Kevin defies classification by embracing a wide variety of music. He can seamlessly blend numerous styles in a dynamic, psychedelic flow that builds from a spartan, ethereal soundscape into a sonic freight train and then sets you back down with a smile.
Through the years, Kevin's supporters and fans have tried to pinpoint what makes his sound different than other DJs. Perhaps it is his connection to people and an ability to interpret feeling in electronic music which creates something unique in each set, or maybe its an instinctive understanding of the crowd and how to use music to inspire them. Whatever the answer, he creates a collective experience that can be powerful, dynamic and transformative. Sonically, Kevin mixes both positive and negative spaces to lure the listener in. Once they are on board, he can move them not only physically, but emotionally. It is this headspace manipulation that is the goal every time he takes the stage.
A Minnesota Music Award nominee, Kevin has traveled throughout the Midwest headlining and supporting legends such as Juan Atkins, Gene Farris, Jackie Christy, Adam X and Scott Hardkiss just to name a few.
After settling into his new Southern California life, Kevin is back doing what he loves - moving the masses.
