An industry veteran, DJ MAKEM has rocked crowds from coast to coast. For years MAKEM has displayed his innovative, original, party-rocking skills shutting down parties and leaving crowds wanting more. His style of versatility and originality keeps him in popular demand- it’s no wonder world renowned artists such as A-Trak, Skratch Bastid, and Neil Armstrong have shared the stage with him!!

MAKEM has earned numerous awards and titles. In both 2009 and 2012, DJ MAKEM was crowned a Red Bull Thre3style Champion, being one of few to have won this title in 2 different cities. Beating out some of Canada's top talent earned him a spot in the 2009 National Final where he was put to the test against competitors such as Cosmo, P-Luv, and Mensa, and in the 2012 Ontario Final against DJ Shub, DJ Drastik & DJ Jooce.

Heavily involved with corporate branding and network expansion, MAKEM's vision and passion for music has placed him in parties for major companies/ events such as Red Bull, 3M, FILA, Sephora, Parasuco and more.

DJ MAKEM is also a familiar name in Canada’s media. He has made television/ radio appearances on FLOW 93-5, KiSS 92.5FM, CP24, MTV & 91.5 The Beat (just to name a few). In conjunction with TV and radio MAKEM has produced critically acclaimed mixtapes (The Guestlist, GO! GO! GO!, etc.) and releases monthly podcasts for listeners worldwide.
