Dj Moderno is a recognized Indie/Electro DJ in Spain.He is founder member of the spanish electropop band HORTHY and also a recognized remixer as Dj Moderno.He acts live under the name of Dj Moderno or as Horthy or any other project.
He is composer for advertisements and film soundtracks.
He plays live either as musician (complete band) or as Dj.
Dj Moderno is also the promoter of the ElectroPop Festival FEP in Pamplona, Spain and also organizes several concerts and parties along the year.
As DJ he has shared cabin with DJS such as EME DJ, Maadraassoo, Florent y yo, Richard Collburn (Belle and Sebastian), Peter Hook, Bilbadino, Mimoloko, Chicks on Speed,Amable, GATO....etc
Dj Moderno has played in the main indie venues around Spain and also has participated as DJ in numerous festivals such as Palmfest, Festival ElectroPop, EasyPop, Electroperra, Sonorama...etc
He played and composed music for Cibeles Fashion Parade during the years 2007&2008 for the spanish designer Antonio Pernas.
Dj Moderno performed live at New York City during August 2011 at the New York City International Film Festival among other events in different venues
With the electropop band's name HORTHY he has recorded 4 CDS. With the indie band Grey Souls he has recorded one CD
